Commoner can be upgraded to Journeyman after you get all necessary materials.

Journeyman have acquired basic proficiency in combat, gathering, and crafting after honing survival instincts and acquiring some practical skills. Though they are still learning and improving, they are well on their way to becoming skilled in their field. A Journeyman's skills and knowledge grow as they gain experience and knowledge in the wilds.
